Letter To My Hero
As a breathe, Mother, deep down my channels you remain
If there are blessings to be counted, Mother, you’re the main
If there is any energy I need, Mother through you I gain
In all my nourishments, Mother, you the rain
Forever you’ll be my hero, again and again
You have always fought for me, through thick and thin
Giving me a shoulder to lean on
With you I always win
Mother, my love for you will never drain
You struggled and suffered nine months in pain
If I was to choose, I could have chosen you to be my oxygen to always breathe in
As you are my first teacher, reflection of my brain
You are my hero, Mother, day out day in
Your achievements are my own train
Full of encouragements never plain
Thank you God for giving me role model, never a slain
For your hard work mother, I will forever retain
For you have taught me, no pain no gain
